No, not automatically. Each PIN enabled product has a personalized PIN which can be used only once. This means that each PIN can only be redeemed by one person and is attached to the user's account thereafter. If the original owner has already redeemed the PIN, it can't be redeemed again, therefore, the buyer of the secondhand atlas has no access to e-Sobotta. However, if the original buyer did not redeem the PIN, it can be used as usual. If the silver foil covering the PIN is untouched it is a good indicator for the PIN not having been used before.

On the left side you will see anatomic illustration, on the right side you will find corresponding anatomic structure labels. You can match these labels to the structures as you see fit.
The training system will then evaluate your results and let you know in which topics you have sufficient knowledge for examination and on which you need to improve further.
With the aid of Diss2Go you can easily prepare, accompany and evaluate your Dissection course .
The publishers and athours have chosen Sobotta-images that are most relevant for your dissection course.
These images partly contain suitable captions and are available in PDF format so you can easily print them and take them with you wherever you go.
You view the image in two ways:
- You can switch between the labeled and unlabeled figure by clicking the button.
- Also underneath every image you will find additional information that will put the figure and accompanying anatomical structures into context.

Under every image the Educator's Edition 24 offers you the opportunity to add a figure to an image request list.
On said list you can specify the additional rights you need and send the request to our licensing department.
Our licensing department will then get back to you with specifics, which allow you to make an informed decision as to whether or not you wish to use the images.
Technical Problems
Occasionally there are problems with the cache (temporary memory) of internet browsers.
The cache is used to store a temporary image of a webpage in order to display it quicker. Therefore, when page impressions get accessed through cache instead of being reloaded anew will display outdated information.
The best way to fix this is to log out of e-Sobotta and log back in or alternatively follow your browser's instruction on how to empty the cache.
You might have entered the PIN incorrectly. Please ensure that you enter the PIN as displayed in your Atlas.
If you entered the PIN successfully the system will display notice verifying your redemption.
If this is the case and you still cannot see your content please empty the cache of your internet browser, you will be able to see your content afterwards.
If you still have issues, please contact us.
There are various reasons.
For one a mistake made upon the entry of your PIN. Did you remember to include the dashes ("-")? Maybe you confused a zero with an O? Did you put the letters contained in the PIN in capitals as displayed in the Atlas?
You asked your browser to remember your login data. Some browsers, depensing on your settings, tend to be over efficiant after that and add your username to your PIN, thus making it unrecognisable to our system. Try redeeming your PIN with a different browser after manual login.
If that is not the case, please contact customer service and include your PIN, book title, ISBN and the error you have experienced.
Also the book might be second hand and the previous owner already redeemed the content. In, which case, the PIN is no longer valid and the Atlas no longer eligible for digital content.
